Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

• Standard Processing: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays.

• High-Volume Periods: During peak times such as holiday seasons and our August birthday month sales, processing may extend to 3-5 business days.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

• Carrier: All orders are shipped via UPS from our Georgia location.

• Delivery Time: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days.

Shipping Rates

• United States:

• First item: $9.95

• Each additional item: $3.00

• Canada:

• An additional $3.00 per order on top of U.S. rates.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address, not the billing address.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• Responsibility: Jay SiMone is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

• Protection Option: We offer Route Protection at checkout for added security.

• Without Route Protection: If your tracking indicates delivery but you haven’t received your package, please contact UPS directly to file a claim.

• With Route Protection: If you opted for Route Protection, file a claim through Route.

• Incorrect Addresses: We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Upon shipment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your UPS tracking number.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused or undeliverable due to incorrect address information, you are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, taxes, and any other charges incurred. These costs will be deducted from your Jay SiMone store credit.
